Kim began her career at the advertising agency Kingsland Lloyd Peterson before moving to Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Really Useful Group (RUG) and HQ Theatres as Head of Finance and Commercial.
A highly experienced theatre practitioner, holding senior health & safety, technical & facility management roles with leading companies such as ATG and HQ Theatres.

Over the past 20+ years, Owen has been a Creative Director, Strategy Head & Managing Partner. His work focuses on delivering strategic clarity, from purpose to position to proposition, and pulling this through into communications with more creative clout. Owen partners with business leaders and owners to develop brand strategies, communications and future planning.
